  Buyer heed previous buyers feedback!

  Oh dear Oh dear... this looked like a nice mirror, was the correct finish and the right size. However we should have heeded the feedback left by numerous people about the unsatisfactory nature of this product. First issue was the delivery driver who rang the doorbell and ran away after "dumping' the box on our doorstep, when I asked him to wait so I could check the product he just mumbled something and drove away.... not a good sign.Second issue, though the box had two bands of tape boldly stating fragile all along them the box had clearly been in the wars and was coming apart and damaged in 3 of the 4 corners.So I brought the box in and started to very carefully to cut the packing tape to extract the mirror. I have to say the polystyrene surrounding the mirror was very thin and the strips were all broken, the paper packing mat was all squashed at the bottom of the box so no use at all in protecting the mirror.Naturally when I lifted the mirror out of the box I found the corner piece cracked as per the photo.Amazon no quibble return via Hermes with no cost to me at all.This was not an expensive mirror but even the packaging was appallingly inadequate and previous reviewers feedback indicated quite a high percentage were received broken, we thought we would beat the odds and get a complete unbroken one......we were wrong.My advice don't buy this, don't even think about buying this, don't forget and then think of buying this... don't.

  Stunning and classy mirror!

  This mirror is stunning. I purchased it on the basis of the other reviews and I'm so happy I did. It's exactly what I wanted for my newly decorated hallway. It's the perfect size and looks so classy and much cheaper than it actually looks. It is velvet backed and easy enough to hang. You'll just need two strong screws with plugs and a helping hand.The delivery was excellent and I was able to fully track it. I was given a three hour time slot on the morning of delivery and then I was e-mailed one hour before. Great company to buy from and the perfect mirror.

  Beware 7 yrs bad luck!

  I ordered this mirror and it arrived very promptly but unfortunately was in 1000 pieces inside the box. Contacted the seller who immediately arranged for a refund. The seller did request that I dispose of the item myself however when I said I was unable to it as it’s so large and heavy, they arranged collection. I subsequently ordered the same mirror again from what I thought was a different company. However the second mirror has arrived this morning by UPS packaged differently. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged at the corner and inside – the mirror frame was badly damaged. So I have arranged for a replacement – fingers crossed third time lucky ? as I love this mirror! I also ordered a much larger one on the same day which arrived by a company called ‘fragilisticks’ in absolutely perfect condition

  Fab-u-lus Mirror!!!!

  I have been looking for a mirror for several months. They were either rubbish or too expensive. Then I saw this one and thought why not give it a go - for the price and I’m so glad I did. It’s absolutely beautiful and, according to my husband, easy to hang. It’s big enough to be very noticeable but not so big that it takes over the room. An excellent buy!

  Lovely mirror if it turns up in one piece!

  Ordered this mirror as a replacement for the same mirror my husband ordered which was delivered by Amazon smashed to pieces!! This one was delivered by DPD and though the delivery guy was incredibly rough with it, we got to see the mirror in one piece this time. It's lovely, big and fills our narrow fireplace perfectly. Very pleased with it!

  Some of the reviews I read nearly put me off purchasing this mirror. Don't let the reviews, based on the transportation of it, put you off the mirror. Almost any mirror if not transported safely will break! It looks WAY more expensive than it is, it's really well made and mine was very well packaged so I was relieved when it arrived all in one piece with no faults at all. I can't wait to get it on the wall above my fireplace, just waiting on some fixings.

  This mirror is absolutely stunning, worth much more than I paid for it. It looks lively on my wall and so easy to hang. Delivery came much faster which was a bonus.Very well made, the back is covered with a soft black material which protects your walls.

  We bought 3 of these mirrors for my wife's hair salon, when they came one was broke, one email and straight away a replacement came 2 days later. We are so pleased with them just cant wait to open the salon again to show them off. Many thanks for the great service

  The mirror is a solid good quality product. It is heavy. Although it said it would take about 10 days to arrive it arrived about 3 days later. Very pleased with purchase. For some reason I had a message from Amazon saying it was running late although it arrived earlier than expected

  Mirror is very distorted.

  The mirror looks nice but it's very distorted.The service was good and received the mirror about a week or so after I purchased it.Problem is when you look at the mirror everything looks distorted and it's not worth it for that price.
