It's as sturdy as any regular ikea furniture piece would be. (Meaning sturdy-ish, depending on how you will use it and how many kids live at home lol)The paint job on it, if you look very very closely is not the best but the price i bought it at is such a bargain for a mirror of this look and length! honestly don't mind it one bit.The manual was very easy to follow through, wayyy easier than an ikea manual, lol.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 September 2018Good mirror, easy to assemble, but paintwork on some areas of the frame is poor. 3.5 ⭐️s.Once assembled, the mirror itself is excellent and looks good.The instructions for assembly were easy to follow, but really only suitable if there were 2 people present. This is because the instructions tell you to put the feet on and assemble the frame before fastening the mirror in place. The mirror is heavy and requires 1 person to hold it in place while a second deals with the screws and washers.So as I was on my own, I used my own method. I assembled the frame without the feet in place. Then with the frame lying on the cardboard packaging I screwed the mirror in place. I then put the feet on and lifted the mirror onto its feet, simples!!The only negative is the poor paintwork to the frame, which in grooves exposes the underlying wood. The frame appears to have been thinly covered with gloss paint without undercoating. However for the low price I am willing to repaint if necessary, rather than return it. As all but one previous reviewer did not appear to have this problem, maybe I received one that escaped any checking procedures.So I do not regret buying the item, but if willing, perhaps the seller could check standards of paintwork before posting. Just a suggestion.

Assembled together this mirror looks good unless you try pixel peeping. Who this is for?- It's perfect if you're renting out a place and in search for something that will be equally good looking and not break your pocket.- This mirror can be easily put together.It is not for you if you're trying to look for premium quality. I attached some pictures with "imperfections". But as I said, once assembled mirror looks good!P.S. You will definitely need to hoover place afterwards though. Since wood is not finished perfectly everywhere, it will be leaving tiny wood pieces here and there.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 October 2019Paint finish is very bad on the frameVery disappointed with the paint job on this product.The frame holding the mirror was not solidly painted it was more of a vintage look as it had not been painted in quite a few areas. You can see examples of the paint finish in my photos and the photos from the web page.The knobs on the ends - one of them was so roughly finished I couldn't believe anyone would have passed it on quality.Would not recommend this product.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2021Disappointing (read full review please)When I unpacked this mirror, the first thing I noticed was the feet looked used.I carried on unpacking though and one of the poles was broken .. however this was by way of a diagonal cut and, worse still, someone had clearly tried to glue it back together, clearly failed and returned it to Amazon.Disappointingly it got sent to me.However, to Amazon's credit, they organised a collection for me, refunded and gave me a goodwill credit for the inconvenience.The mirror was very light and not top quality either, so have based my star rating on if it had been useable. The assembly instructions were very easy.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 October 2020Vida Designs Nishano Cheval MirrorExcellent quality mirror delivered by the dreaded Hermes who on this occasion actually delivered it on time.Surprised to learn it was manufactured in Taiwan rather than China which gives me a higher degree of confidence.Easy to assemble, very sturdy and excellent quality.Would recommend.

Up close, the paint is a bit rough and ready, and the wood has splits in it which have been painted over. From a distance the mirror looks great, up close less so. That being said, I'm happy with it, and it's not a bad price - just don't expect smooth perfect wood, or a perfect paint job.

- Does it come with the bolts etcYes it comes with everything you need to assemble it. It's very easy to put together.
- The mirror seems to be too short.I can’t see my face.How do I adjust it to make it longer?There are 2 screws to allow the mirror to tilt so that you can see your face.
- Scratches on base of Mirror refund pleaseOne of the legs is cracked. And you agreed to refund. I printed out the return address but you did not come to pick it up. You said next business day. We are very disappointed that you didn’t come.
