  The product so far seems pretty good my problem is Amazon. The product I received has a missing chair part, so far it seems impossible to speak to a customer service person about this problem and it is unfortunately making me look elsewhere, very poor help from Amazon.

  Good looking set and quite easy to assemble, instructions were found in the box containing the chairs, managed assembly on my own (70+ years old) would recommend having a rubber mallet handy to help ‘tap’ home some of the items and I found giving the metal table leg supports a quick squirt of WD40 to assist in the final location of items TL1,2,3 and 4.

  Fittings missing

  Product looks great but unable to assemble because fittings where missing from table. Had to return item. Not blaming Amazon but Keter for missing parts. Amazon were great they gave me the choice to replace item at the same price but lost confidence in product so I returned item they picked it up the next day

  Need lots of strong people to assemble table

  Bought this to replace our old wooden set that had final started to fall apart after many years. Mixed reviews but decided to go ahead and order it. Now it's assembled its great, but the journey to this point was a couple of hours, 3 people a mallet, 3 screwdrivers and mole grips... The chairs were fairly straightforward, one chair had one misformed leg that took some persuading to fit but that's all. The table was another level, trying to marry up the metal frame with the plastic fixings was challenging to say the least. One box section was mishaped at the end, that's where the mole grips came in to persuade it back into a squarer shape. Then placing the metal support frame into the plastic table top was very difficult, I have a cut from where it fought back and aching back from pressing the plastic edges out to get the metal frame to fit in, similar issues with the plastic panels that slot onto the underneath of the table, lots of mallet to persuade it into place. Once done it looks lovely and stacks away well. Definitely earned the Chinese takeaway afterwards....

  Great price as expected as I purchased items out of season. Assembly was straight forward. Looking forward to using much over the coming years (in warmer months).

  We purchased this as a ‘welcome to your new home’ gift for our daughter. Fantastic product. My husband put it together by himself. He was very impressed with how well it was made. Looks fantastic. The delivery people were excellent, they took it into the garden for me. Could have easily left it in the drive but they were so helpful and nice. I wonder if Amazon could acknowledge that I would have given the delivery people 5 stars but was unable to access the delivery email to do so. The delivery people were so careful and pleasant.

  Don’t bother buying anything made by Keter !!If you have a problem then it’s too bad, their customer services has to be the WORST EVER !!!Take a look on Trustpilot reviews and you will see so many bad reviews on customer service, it’s a disgrace. I’ve been trying for 6 months to get 1 missing part which basically makes this set absolutely useless, but they won’t respond or take any responsibility. Return to the retailer was the best they could offer… WHAT FOR ONE MISSING PART??? I don’t have the packaging and it would take ages to disassemble the whole set. They are absolute CLOWNS.

  Cheap doesn't always mean rubbish. In this case it means sturdy, comfy and easy to assemble. Had the entire from boxed to usable in under 45 mins even with a hangover.They look good too.
