Product Description

The Santoku is perfect for tap or push chopping, while the uniquely shaped blade of the Mai Peng Parer is just the right size for chopping chillies, ginger or garlic. With a strongly angled tip that can pierce and strip the toughest vegetable rind, the curved blade is great for a super-efficient ‘rock’ chopping action. A miniature version of the Oriental Slicer, the Mai Peng Parer was developed to celebrate I.O.Shen’s tenth anniversary.
