- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 June 2021STUNNINGI bought the 10 light version. It comes well packed, all the crystals are in numbered packets so no guessing where they go. Good instructions. It took a bit of time putting the main body together, and we put it up on the ceiling before adding the crystals. My ceiling is not that high, 95 inches, and the shortest we could get the drop is 28.5 inches (73cm) if I remove the lowest centre crystal, the drop goes down to about 26.5 inches. Its a bit low, but it is absolutely beautiful. The crystals are cut so as to refract the light, and the effect is magic.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 April 2021Incredibly awkward to install due to designFirst of all I want to say that this light is stunning. It looks fantastic and the weight and quality of the materials is much better than I was expecting. However, it is an absolute nightmare to install. It takes a good hour to assemble it. The wire connectors are dreadful and totally unsuitable for the number of wires that need to go into them. But the fun really begins when you try to hang it. The bracket has no hanger so you have to somehow take the full weight of it yourself while trying to screw the wires into the connector block for the ceiling. And then you need to somehow hold it in place while you screw it into the bracket on both sides. Those two screws are not magnetic, they have an odd head on them too. If you drop those screws into the dish of the top fitting retrieval will mean taking it down again. Such a bad design.

I was prepared to return this if needed, and in the meantime was visiting shops to see if I can buy something there instead.There was no need to worry. The delivery came very quickly with Prime. All packed v v well. Nothing missing or damaged. I had read previous reviews about needing to assemble, so I was expecting it. It really wasn't v difficult. Just takes a bit of time due to small bits and pieces. I had an electrician do the electrics and put up the chandelier, so no problems there.It looks so much more expensive than it was. Similar chandeliers in the shops were from 400- 1000 GBP!! and some of them also required assembly!I would definitely recommend! Even my Electrician thought it was very nice!THANK YOU!

Unfortunately two of the arms weren't working but customer service was great and have received the two new arms which now work perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and the response which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My husband and an electrician put it up. I put the crystals on as quite fiddly - but worth it in the end!

It took me a while but it was very easy to do. One of the bulbs didn’t work but electrician found a loose wire and sorted issue out in minutes. I’m so happy I got this chandelier as it completes the front room and it bounces light everywhere. Looks Plush!

Took a good few hours to assemble and wire up each arm individually using my own blocks but the result is that it looks stunning. Something that b&q would easily charge over 300 for. It fits our room perfectly which is 16x12 with medium height ceiling. Can be difficult to get a chandelier for that size but this is perfect not requiring a long chain. For 70 it is an absolute steal the quality and finish of the pieces is way above what you expect at this price range.

Just one glass sconce was broken, which is bad luck - but the seller sent another one the next day - excellent service. The electrician is coming next week to fix it up, so it isn't in place yet, but so far I can say that all the parts are glass and crystal and it looks quite easy to assemble and is a lovely design. The best thing is that it isn't too long - my ceilings are low and this is the perfect solution to get a chandelier up, but without hitting your head on it! Excellent service and value.

You will need an electrician though to hang it and it does need assembling but my electrician had no problems at all. If your looking for a statement piece. This is it.

It was very carefully packaged and extremely simple to put together. There was a component problem that was rectified quickly so extremely good service. Once up I loved it an immediately ordered a matching one so that there is one in my entrance hall and a second on the landing. - Do you sell a replacement bottom bowl and 3 balls?Mine was missing wen i purchased the item but the company replaced them with no issues
- What is the drop from cieling rose to tip of the main body is (the whole length) with out any of the dangling crystals is please ?It can be adjusted by shortening the chain I have high ceilings so I don’t have much chain just two links which makes it about 10inch (25cm) to tip of main body of light
