They arrive disassembled, but easy to put together with the spanner provided. If I'm being picky, the space for the power cable is quite tight, which is a little frustrating when fitting. I would highly recommend these.

Unfortunately, as parts were missing they could not be put together and, consequently, had to be returned as there appeared to be no option to order the missing parts. That said they would have looked good but cannot vouch for efficiency, brightness etc.

- i can’t get the lights to turn off? Tried wiring them in multiple ways?Have you contacted to the old wires and doesn’t go off from the switch? This is strange.
- does this product require a transformer (i assume yes to step down voltage) is the transformer included and does it fit in the light base easily???Transformer included. Fits in base with a bit of a fiddle. These lights are very bright!
- Would this be suitable for a conservatory and will be attached to the plastic beam?I guess yes, is is not in the rain you can use everywhere, isn’t waterproof but you can put in a shed, there is large bracket under the metal which cand be adjusted in any way and also you can re-arange your bars with leds as you like it.
- Does this need an earth wire?Dear Mr Hughes, husband says yes to it needing an earth wire because it has a chrome cover. It's a lovely light fitting.
