• Is this suitable to be left outside?
  I think so! I mean I can’t guarantee if it won’t become rusty when it rains (so I’d check the materials of the table just to be on the safe side).

• Can i buy a second tray for this item? I would like to place a bottom shelf on the table and wondered if this would work?
  i think you can only order the whole table unless you find the vendor who sells the tray apart. Anyhow, if you mean place the second tray at the bottom where the legs of the tray cross then yes it fits.
